Blogtember: My Perfect Pamper Night

A proper pamper night is something that I don't do often enough. I always seem too busy to actually make time for myself. So this weekend, I ensured that I gave myself some well over-due me time. I wanted to share with you the steps that I took to throughly pamper myself.

Bath & Face Mask

I ran myself a lovely, bubbly bath - filled with the amazing SenSpa Bath Salts. I love these bath salts, their detoxing properties really work. One time, I went in the bath feeling hungover and came out feeling incredible. Whilst lying in the bath and watching YouTube, I put on the L'Oreal Pure Clay Detox Mask. This mask always leaves my skin feeling incredible, perfect for when I want to pamper myself.

My go-to product for exfoliating my body has been the Clarins Smoothing Body Scrub For a New Skin. I got this product as a sample and I love it. It's a really fine exfoliator that leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft. I love it.

Once I am out of the bath, there is nothing I love more than covering myself in a really nourishing moisturiser. The one I am loving at the moment is The Body Shop Shea Body Butter. It's a thick, but not sticky, moisturiser that sinks into the skin really quickly. Following this, I love to put on a clean pair of PJs.

Mani & Pedi

When I have my nails painted, I really feel like I have got my life together. So, a staple part of my pamper routine is to give myself manicure and pedicure. I have been loving nude shades at the moment, so I went with Nails Inc, Porchester Square. I have recently been trying out The Body Shop Peppermint Intensive Foot Rescue, its like heaven for your feet. You sleep with this on, so I put it on my feet later in the evening.

Eye Mask

To round off my pampering experience, I sat for about 10 minutes with some of my favourite songs on spotify and the Thera-Pearl heated eye mask on. I don't spend enough time just sitting and doing nothing. I am a massive advocate for mindfulness practice, but I don't do it enough myself. So I spent a bit of time trying to clear my mind and focusing on the here and now.

What is your perfect way to pamper yourself?
Love, Kate xx
